Founder's Vision
This magazine is a reality because of life – my life. For as long as I can remember, I have looked at great
mansions and expensive cars and wondered how their owners were able to purchase them. How did they make their money? It seemed like
they knew some secret or had some knowledge that I could never attain.
I have also always been puzzled by individuals. I have seen
amazing people with talent, personality, energy, charisma and great communication skills fail in business, while others, who do not
seem to have a clue and who never set goals or dreamed about success, go through life getting one break after the other. I still cannot
figure that one out.
Tom Spinks
Founder and Editor-in-Chief
You know, there is a billion-dollar industry in America for individuals wanting a better financial life. There is a lot of information about attaining wealth, the proper mindset, the proper attitude, the proper way to dress, the proper sales presentation, the next great industry, the key to awakening the great power within us, and on and on. I think all of these things are good; however, they are not the key. Not even close.
I feel this way because throughout my life, my curiosity has led me to countless opportunity seminars, audio and video cassette programs, books, magazines and newspaper articles. My search for financial knowledge is never-ending.
Looking back, I now wonder if all of those seminars, books and tapes were detrimental to my success. After reading those books or attending the seminars, I would be fired up until I went out into the real world and had my emotional bubble burst by individuals who did not want my product or service and who could care less how enthusiastic I was.
People need blueprints to achieve success, just as a builder needs blueprints to build a house. A builder does not go to a seminar so he can get in the right frame of mind, get a positive mental attitude or learn how to dress to build a house. A builder does not have to awaken the giant within him. He just needs specific directions – Blueprints.
Whether you are building a house or building a business, you need to know what has worked in the past. That is what $1,000,000aire Blueprints is all about. I sincerely believe the majority of people can better reach their dreams if they have specific directions, examples, guidelines and instructions from individuals who have already been there. Self-made millionaires, just like you, who have already walked the walk and who are now gracious enough to teach us, show us and guide us through our own journey to success.
No matter what industry you are in, our goal is to give you priceless information and ideas from each article that will make a difference in your life. I do not want to feed you a little bit of information and then tell you I can sell you a book or some tapes that contain the real “secrets” or the “magic” stuff. The “secrets” and “magic” will be in our magazine. If the articles do not teach you or guide you closer to your dream, then we have failed. We want you to be entertained, but more than that, we want you to be empowered with specific knowledge that will grow your business, get you customers and put money in your pocket.
All of the individuals that have agreed to be in our magazine are successful. More importantly, they have agreed to be teachers for our readers. Each interviewee has gone through the tough times and the good times that are a part of a successful journey. Now it is our turn. We are lucky. We do not have to experience everything they went through. We can just learn what worked for them. We just have to follow their directions — follow their Blueprints. Then we can be the teacher.
Michael Spencer, City Partner for Orlando, Florida, enjoys the opportunities and education that $1,000,000aire Blueprints brings.
“I like the question-and-answer format of the articles,” he said. “I also like how the people interviewed give company names, web
sites and other contacts they used to find success. It is truly a blueprint to help people succeed.”
Spencer has a B.A. in Marketing
and a minor in Spanish from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. His business education has also involved
many sales positions in various industries including magazine sales, finance and construction.
“I have owned several businesses. And,
like most entrepreneurs, I have had a few courses in the school of hard knocks,” he said.

Spencer believes that working as a City Partner with $1,000,000aire Blueprints is an incredible chance for growth, networking and helping share the education the magazine provides with other business owners.
“This is a once in a lifetime opportunity,” he said. “The magazine, itself, is a great medium for others to learn the tools and guidelines to gain financial success without having to go to the school of hard knocks.”
Spencer was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He and his wife, Tara, have four children: Berkley, Sage, Oakley and Cooper.
“My dreams and aspirations in life are for my family,” he said. “To be financially successful is great. But if you don’t have anyone to share it with, why have it? I want to be able to travel the world with my family so they can see, experience and learn about cultures, traditions and food.
“I also believe that financially successful people have a moral obligation to help others who are less fortunate. I want to be like Bill Gates. I’m not talking about the Microsoft Bill Gates. I’m talking about the philanthropist Bill Gates. And I want to own a yacht!”
